Terence Rosemore - Painter

Terence Rosemore is the first artist in our A.I.R. program. He is a New Orleans native that relocated to LA in 2002. Terence is a mixed media artists and collagist. He works on everything from canvas to found objects and materials. Terence is a self-taught artist who started in 1996. The colorful African and Caribbean influenced palette from his hometown New Orleans inspires his work. He is the great-nephew of world renown duck decoy carver Jules Friedrich whose work is on display at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. He was born in Great Falls, Montana and raised in New Orleans. He currently is working on HBO show Treme and lives in Los Angeles where he continues to paint and work as a filmmaker.
